Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To respect our team’s time and appointment availability, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

NO CALL / NO SHOW

 

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not contact us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or full prepayment before future appointments can be booked.
