At Pure Beauty Salon & Spa, **all services are non-refundable**.Our pricing reflects the time reserved for your appointment, the expertise of your service provider, and the professional products used during your service.If you feel an adjustment is needed, please contact us **within 7 days of your original appointment**. We are happy to review your concerns and, when appropriate, schedule an adjustment.Requests made after 7 days may be considered a new service and subject to regular service pricing.
